Kia ora koutou! I am a clinical psychologist committed to providing a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients. I work with teens, adults, and older adults experiencing a range of difficulties including but not limited to anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, trauma, and difficulties during life transitions such as pregnancy and postpartum. I also provide ADHD and ASD assessments to adults. I am neurodiversity affirming and rainbow friendly.

About

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society.I have experience working in hospital, community, and forensic settings, supporting people with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, autism, ADHD, gender dysphoria, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, and major life transitions.My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your needs. I draw from a range of psychological modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).Above all, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. I work to create a safe, warm, and accepting space where you feel supported, understood, and able to move at your own pace.

  • Sessions run for 50 minutes.

  • Fees are $180 + GST.

  • Please enquire directly for ADHD and ASD assessment costs.

  • Funding may be available through ACC, WINZ, Victim Support, Gumboot Friday or your insurance company.

  • I am a Southern Cross Easy-Claim provider, allowing you to claim directly at your appointment if you have an eligible policy.

Your privacy is very important. All sessions are confidential and follow the standards of the New Zealand Psychologists Board Code of Ethics. Confidentiality may only be broken if there is serious and imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, there is a legal obligation (e.g., court order), or for professional supervision (where your identity is not disclosed). Client notes are stored securely in accordance with professional and legal requirements.
