I am a clinical psychologist offering evidence-based assessment and therapy for teens, adults, and older adults. I support people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, perinatal challenges, parenting difficulties, eating difficulties, and trauma. I also provide adult ADHD and autism assessments.I aim to create a safe, warm, and accepting space where you feel supported, understood, and able to move at your own pace.

About

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board (Registration Number 90-08524) and an associate member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists.I have experience working in hospital, community, and forensic settings. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your needs. I draw from a range of psychological modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Information

A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available. Funding may also be available through ACC, WINZ, Victim Support, or your insurance provider. I am a Southern Cross Easy-Claim provider, allowing eligible clients to claim directly at the time of their appointment. Please get in touch if you would like information about current fees or to discuss the most suitable funding option for your circumstances.Your privacy is very important. All sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with the New Zealand Psychologists Board's Code of Ethics. Confidentiality may only be breached in limited circumstances, including where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, where there is a legal obligation (such as a court order), or for professional supervision purposes (with identifying information removed wherever possible).Please note that this service does not provide crisis support.
